Similar scams claim you have unpaid parking tickets. Problem is, one can get a ticket under the windshield wiper which is subsequently removed, & so would never know it. It's doubtful that any legitimate claim would be notified through text instead of the mail. I got one of these yesterday. I am in the U.S. and the number was from another country so no chance it was legitimate.
