Reported for 10 days and no filters include those links yet? Not anti-malware/phishing extensions, nor DNS. Just tried it out, easily accessible, literally one click away.

EDIT: It seems, that Yandex is capable of protecting the user, unfortunately it asks him to reinstall it, which is an undesirable behaviour. I am looking into Chromium policies.
