Looks like the new engine for FPAV is not too long away now.

 

How come F-PROT stopped being tested at av-comparatives?

 

Because F-prot wanted this themselves.

 

AV-Comparatives is now a paid test ( earlier it was free ). So F-Prot doesn't pay, so its not tested ...

However, Authentium (which uses F-Prot engine) is a part of On-Demand test of Feb'09. But suprisingly missing from proactive tests of May'09.

 

No Authentium wasn't in either test this year

As reported see the Feb'09 report and you will find it. But they are missing from May'09 report.

PS: Authentium's AV is called Command Anti-Malware.
