New data tracks failure rates of 13 SSD models, going back up to 4 years

    I wish people would read this study, get informed, then stop spreading FUD about SSD write limits. More and more data centers are using SSDs as their boot (and cache) drives. And this study (and previous studies) verifies SSDs are more reliable than HDs. With newer generation SSDs, the write limit is still finite - but it is so high, no normal home or small business (nor most big business) user will ever come close to reaching it.

    Yet there are still some who are (mis)informing users about those limits. :(
