New Build - No E-Mail

    Last time there was a new build 859 i didn't get an e-mail to say it was ready.

    Now build 889 has been released will i get one?

    Yes i have signed for the notifications.

    Until yesterday only "Acronis True Image 8.0 Upgrade" was ticked - "Acronis True Image Deluxe" wasn't (although thats a really old version i upgraded FROM - might that be why?

    Hello Paul,

    You don't need to be subscribed to Acronis True Image Deluxe to be able to get the news about Acronis True Image 8.0. I have forwarded the problem to our Web Team and will find out the reason for the problem soon.

    Same Here,I Have Activated To Be notified Of New Updates For My Registered Products And I Have not received A Single e-mail about new updates

    Me neither. Maybe it's a weekend thing - I'll check my mailbox tomorrow morning. 889 seems to have fixed the image mounting problem...

    I've never had notification of any of my 3 Acronis products. Mind you. They are not alone. o_O

    I have contacted our Web Team in connection with the problem. Currently we send the notifications only about critical updates. We are planning to change this situation and send the notifications about all updates in future.

    3 months on is there any update or timescale for this change - I wasn't notified again of the recent upgrade to build 937.

    I also have never received email for updates however I did get one for the upgrade to TI9. Both options have been activated in My Subscriptions. I have however noticed that the wording has been changed so that it now refers to critical updates. How hard can it be to send out email notification of an update (critical or not)? Anyway who decides whether any particular update is critical to me?
