    Hi all,

I opened a trouble ticket 5 days ago at Acronis and have had nothing but the automated reply. Unfortunately, it did not look like it went through, so I clicked again and it seems it started TWO tickets. I hope this is not why I have not had a response.

This ticket was in reference to the fact my computer would NOt boot past the wallpaper unless I stopped the "Acronis Try and Decide Service". With that disabled, I boot normally and very quickly. Ideally, since I will not use this, I would like to delete "just" the Try and Decide feature. Is this possible? If not, how to fix this?

Now, today using 11, I finally reached the limit of how I set my folder for number of backups. I have it set for 16 maximum, and to write a new full backup after 7 Differentials. This is not working as you can see by the image below:

    http://www.well.com/~rebop/A-snap.jpg

The log reports it is working, but as you see, there are 24 files now instead of the 16 I set for a limit. How can this be fixed?

    Log follows:

    Hello Bob,

Thank you for using Acronis True Image

If you don't want to use the Try&decide option, just don't start this mode. Disabling of the appropriate services is not recommended.

About the error message. Quotas always exceed when Backup Location is on a network share or a network drive. This is a known issue.

    Thank you.
