have you used avira?
they must reply for every submited virus sample.
and nod32,never reply me.
Because this is ESET policy . Alhough they receive the sample they may not answer you .
If you are infected by a particular threat which NOD32 somehow could not detect , send that sample to firstname.lastname@example.org . If you are not infected but you just found some deeply hidden in the darkness threat , then send it to email@example.com
I haven't found anything at samples that should be analysed and detection added. Drop me a PM with your email address and approximate date/time you submitted the samples.

strange... I can send you at least 15 undetected samples previously submitted and no detection added.
I was not talking about threat collectors who submit dozens of files from obsure sites and expect them to be added within a couple of hours.
Separate names with a comma.
