This vendor comes from Korea.It is very famous in Aisa.

Who the HECK cares if security software is famous!? Seriously, I've seen those comments too much to stand them anymore... Okay, take a look at Symantec and how they were with their software before - they sure were "famous". That means nothing! The only thing that matters is a software's effectivity, approach and feel.

Now I'm using Ahnlab 8.0 along with Avira free and private firewall. 8.0 has a much prettier GUI than 2007 for sure.

 

AhnLab is NO.1 in Korea.So many people who live in Aisa know this vonder.And I only said it was famous in Aisa,I didn't say it is very famous in the world.Because I am not clear about its position in the world.

 

I respect your initiative, but that's simply not what matters in reality in this area of the cyberworld.

I just heard of AhnLab.My friends told me Ahnlab is a good Korean AV.I didn't use it.I'd like to see some test of this AV,but I have never find any test of this AV.

 

yes,this security product form korea and it even open into the china market and make a unique name ：platinum for his version but the overall effect is very poor .and the new version make good progess for detecting and guarding

 

LOL it does matter. What if people keep jumping in and call it a rogue program because they've never heard of it? Those kind of comments were needed then.

Are you using the trial version? If you do then where did download it? I download the trial from Ahnlab homepage but it kept saying "you don't have permission to download this file"

 

Yes,I know it by baidu's free online scan.But I have never used it.Will it take part in PCSL's test?

I heard Aisa is a nice place. Not too close to Asia, closer to Uranus.

Good to see they've finally updated this program. Selling an old product name on the website with an older year wouldn't have helped business.
