    Hello,

a few months ago I posted here https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=265187 about our problem with NOD32 and slow network perfomance while copying files to network drives (especially when copying many small files).

After about half a year dealing with the famous ESET / DATSEC support (see also https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=277754 ) we got a workaround for this: we had to add "explorer.exe" to the exclusion list - then it works.
But I dont see this as a solution and asked for a change in the programm - but again no answer from support.
Has anybody else experienced such a problem? Our problem came up with V3 and still persist with the latest version. We are running 2003 R2 Server with V3.0.695 and XP SP Pro clients with either V3.0.695 or the latest V4.2.64.

If there ist no option that ESET gets a real solution by changing their programm I wouldnt think about renewing out license next month and rather look for other antivirus protection.

    Thanks Roland
