    This was caused by a poorly setup mobile data caching server. Instead of caching content, it also cached headers and cookies, serving up sessions of other users.

    This happened to me a couple of years ago, I signed into my ISP account email system and wound up inside someone elses account from Silicon Valley.
    After a couple of months it was fixed.
