Network Error 0x80070035

    West Chester, PA
    I was using home groups successfully on my Windows 7 machine. Lately we're getting a "The Network path was not found" Windows cannot access (computer).

    I think ESET firewall is blocking. How can I check, how can I allow?

    This article may be of assistance. However, if you have already accidently created rules that block some of your network traffic you may need to reset the firewall first.

    Thanks, useful but I have reviewed KB Solution ID: SOLN941 you referred me to. To view and Edit the rules I clicked Personal firewall Rules and zones from the Advanced Setup tree, but Setup... in the Zone and rule editor section is grayed out and unclickable. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Set your firewall to automatic mode with exceptions, and apply. Then try again.
