Im evaluating the trial version of True Image and want to purchase if it meets my needs - I created an image from my primary PC "C" drive to a networked mapped drive on a secondary PC - all worked fine. I then created a bootable Rescue CD and wanted to test a restore. After booting from the CD however, the Network properties do not show my shared network drive. Do I need to set up other options to see the shared drive from my other PC?

    Hello DaveH,

Thank you for your interest in Acronis True Image (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).

Please accept our apologies for your inconvenience.

Please make sure your network settings are set up correctly. By default it is set as if you have DHCP server in your network available. To change the settings please boot from the Rescue CD and choose "Tools" -> "Options".

If it doesn't help please tell us your network card model.

    Thank you.
