netsuite.com server down?...cannot purchase/download nod32

Since Monday night, I have not been able to purchase a license for Nod32, as the "buy" links from this page: http://www.eset.com/purchase/index.php lead to a "Connection timed out - The server at forms.netsuite.com is taking too long to respond." This also happens for me on the free download page: http://www.eset.com/download/index.php

I did a tracert on Tuesday and again today (to netsuite.com, forms.netsuite.com and shopping.netsuite.com) and it stops here every time:

I am wondering if it is just my isp or something as almost 3 days have passed with no word on it from Eset, and no other people posting they have the problem. I have absolutely no other internet problems (or could it be my isp somehow?) Can other people reach the site? Please let me know guys, thanks.....

(I do know I can purchase it from a retail source, but no retailers close to me have it, and I don't want to drive a long distance to get it when I should be able to download and purchase it online)

You could try one of the Eset partners listed on this page: http://www.eset.com/partners/worldwide.php

Several of them provide on-line ordering and are regular participants in this forum. I think they host their own servers and do not just redirect to the ones you are having trouble reaching.
