This program is very useful, it does what u want it to, it limits the network speed of any process and has some really advanced options, but i use it for a very simple job, to limit a process to a certain speed, like when i'm downloading smth but i also need to watch a video or play a game that needs a good connection, i don't want the downloader to suck up all my bandwitdh. But it has a lot more options and things it can do than just this basic task. Microsoft should add this functionality to task manager really but oh well
