netclnb.exe is a trojan?

    Any analisys on netclnb.exe file? Somebody knows?
    It seems to be a trojan. I will try to get a copy of a file to send to several AV-AT devs...the root is very common on this C:\WINDOWS\system32\netclnb.exe
