Net framework issue

    Since reinstalling my OS from scratch, I an getting odd occasions when the Nod32 green eye is orange with the message 'your NOD23 requires attention' It tells me that net framework needs reinstalling from windows update. Sure enough, when I check for updates I need to reinstall Net Framework 3.5 again. Is this a windows problem or Nod23?

    Windows XP SP3 with NOD32-4 Update 5742 (20101229)

    That sounds like Win issue. Eset is merely telling you what it is being told by WindowsUpdate. What exactly is WU asking you to download?
