    Hello,

Once a license is active, you have 30 days from activation to cancel the license. After 30 days the license cannot be suspended and will remain active until reaches its expiration date.

    :)

OK.. so I can write the 3 licences everywhere on youtube, forums, torrents and you cannot disable ? hummmmm ;)

PS : The terms are 30 days so if a customer didn't paid, it will be AFTER 30 days no?

It sounds like you've paid ESET and the customer hasn't paid you, is that correct? In which case it doesn't sound like ESET's problem (though if I were them I wouldn't want the licenses to be published either  )

Not if you want to continue being an Eset reseller, I'd imagine ;)

If it appears - for example - a dozen different machines are using the same username and password for a 1 seat license, that license will be disabled. It is possible for us to see if a license is being abused.

If you are an authorized reseller please contact our Sales Department regarding this matter.
