I'm running Vista on one of my Machines that I want to switch to Windows XP Pro. I've formatted and done a clean install, but I have n Network Connection, and I cant get on the Web :(

When I install XP, in the Device Manager /Network Adapters, the Ethernet has a Yellow ! and I dont know which Ethernet Driver to install o_O

On Vista's Device Manager/Network Adapters it says:
    Atheros AR5006X Wireless Network Adapter
    NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller

I downloaded the NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller for 2000/XP but after installation it still had the Yellow ! and I cant connect :(

My Computer is a Compaq Presario Model Number SR5085AN AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core 4600+

I'd appreciate knowing what to download and install for the Ethernet, as I dont have any XP drivers on disk for this machine :(

    Hello,
Do you have the original drivers you got when you bought the PC? That should do the trick.
