Need Party Idea's for Class party

I have to do the party at my 5th graders class and i need help
What do 5th graders want. they are not babys any more , games what kind snacks , we have winter party proplems (i'm room parent )

 

You could do a WinterWonderland theme to decorate the room. Have them make snowflakes and winter drawings before the party to decorate the room with which sets the mood. Then for the party theme could be to make a gift for a child in the kindergarden classes. Put the childerns names into a hat and have the kids in grade 5 pull a name and that name will be the child that they will make a gift/card for. You can order pizza or other goodies given by the parents as a treat in return, and they can play music while they are making the gifts.

Just set them in front of a computer or video game.
