Need multi-monitor configuration software

I recently installed a second, smaller monitor. I'm using the display support built-in to Windows 7, but it's not really doing what I need. The second monitor is off to the left of my primary screen, however in order to move the cursor to the second monitor I have to slide it off the right side of the primary - that's weird and counter intuitive. I need software that will enable me configure the positions of the screens so I can slide the cursor left from the main screen to the secondary screen. I hope this is clear. I don't care if the taskbar extends to the second screen, but that would be a bonus. Any suggestions?

Edit: Disregard. I was able to resolve this issue using the Radeon Catalyst Control Center software.
