Hi! My Ext3 veracrypt partition is lost and shows 'unallocated' in disk management software. I remember the exact size of the partition but would like some help in finding out where the header could be located so that I can create a 2mb test file starting from it with a hex editor and try to mount it in veracrypt in order to backup up the header and read it's exact measurements from the veracrypt program's mounted volume details. The partition was located at the end of the drive and extended completely to the same. Currently, as unallocated space it's 8.55 GiB. The size of the lost partition, if I recall correctly was 7.6 GiB and was an Ext3 partition. I remember from months ago initially using gparted and creating an ext3 partition that used the whole unallocated space, then ecrypting it with veracrypt where I used the volume for very important files stored there. I've read many helpful threads in this forum but none could solve my problem here dues to my particular partition. I'll appreciate any help
