I downloaded the trial ESET Smart Security, paid for 2 years, but I have never received the 2nd email with the license. I filled out a support request on the 16th and received an automated response, but I have not heard anything else. My trial has now expired and I can't find a phone number to call. I have emailed ESET and filled out another support form yesterday. Any suggestions? My credit card has been charged, of course.
