Need Imaging Software with these Features

I have had a great deal of trouble finding imaging backup software that meets my needs. I really wish to create an image of all the data on my hard drive. I decided against Clonezilla since it cannot mount images.

Basic Facts:

1. I'm using Vista.
2. My entire hard drive is encrypted.
3. I use Truecrypt for all my encryption.
4. Once hard drive is mounted in Truecrypt, some files are still encrypted.
5. I eventually plan to use Deep Freeze as an added precaution.
6. I have disc images on my hard drive.

Basic Needs:

1. Free.
2. Easy to use. I am not familiar with computers.
3. Backs up encrypted data.
4. Runs from a usb (e.g. large external hard drive).
5. Mounts images.
6. Backs up partition while it is currently in use.
7. Backs up compressed files.
8. The image file and imaging program reside on an encrypted external hard drive.

Preferable but not absolutely necessary:

1. Schedules maintenance.
2. Quick to back up.
3. Quick to restore.
