Need help with Virus

My friend recently gave me a game on a disc called Gta: vice city (ripped + dipped) which was downloaded from the internet. So I decided to install it but Avast home came up with these four alert during installation:

So I decided not to install it and I asked my friend whether there is a virus in this game and he said ''no'' and told me to ''disable the anti-virus''.
Uploaded one of the files to virustotal and only 6 scanners detected something:
AVG - Generic4.VVX
ClamAV - PUA.Packed.UPack
eSafe - Win32.Looked.gen
Panda - Suspicious file
Prevx1 - Suspicious
Webwasher-Gateway - Win32.Malware.gen!80 (suspicious)

So is this game safe to install or not?

 

Anything which has been ripped is likely to be infected, so install the game at your peril. Better yet, why not simply buy a legal copy without all the headaches

 

I will buy a legal copy of the game just to be on the safe side, you never know what these ripped programs/games contain
