Although the ExtFS driver is suppose to work in Snow Leopard I'll be dammed if I can get it to work. I loaded both NTFS and ExtFS on the same day and the NTFS driver works fine. The installation process is the same for both but for some reason the ExtFS didn't seem to take. It tried uninstalling and re-installing several times, however it doesn't seem to work. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Am I suppose to see an icon in system preferences like the NTFS in the "Other" category?

    Help Please!!!

NO, ExtFS driver doesn't have anything in Sys pref.

What happens when you connect ExtFS formatted drive to your MAC? Is it mounted?

If no, open Terminal and type: 'mount'. Press enter and post results here.

To make sure that ExtFS is installed, go to Disk Utility and try to create new partition. ExtFS file system should be available for selection.
