Need Help With ERROR MESSAGE

After downloading SpywareBlaster, I get the following ERROR MESSAGE: "Can not find import; DLL may be missing,corrupt,or wrong version. File " MSVBVM60 ", error list " Any help would be greatly appreciated !!

 

Install this:

Download it and run it. It will ask you for a location to put the files. Click Browse and pick a folder, like your download folder. Click OK and it will expand vb6sp6rt.exe to the folder you chose. Run it. It will install some files and ask you to restart your computer. Click Yes, let it restart, and try SpywareBlaster again.
