I'm trying to help a friend. NOD on his machine (and I use it NOD too) says it's found a trojan called "trojanclicker.bho.nap" and he can't get rid of it. Da_n thing probably came from an infected email.

NOD's 10/8 virus definitions, which he has, are supposed to include this trojan but apparently it's in memory 'cause NOD's option is "leave." There are a ton of infected files from this thing. Does anybody know how to get rid of this trojan? It's like a bad penny, it keeps coming back even though I've had him disable system restore and reboot.

Any ideas, anybody? Please? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, Blackspear. Will follow the "already infected" instructions and post back if still having problems. Will also make sure NOD's settings are as per the six pages of extra settings to make sure I haven't missed anything in that regard.
