No reply since 7/14 ("about:blank" problem)

Don't know what I would do without this site and you guys who run it. Got an "about:blank" problem that I can't seem to get rid of. Completed both Adaware and Spybot scans (in regular and safe mode both); deleted all the found items but do not appear to be getting to all the little hidden trojans that about:blank brings with it.

Here is my Hijack This Scan Log:

Re: No Reply Since 7/14 on "about:blank" problem

Sorry guys I know you're busy and their are lot's more trojans now a days but it's been ten days since my original post and I am so frustrated with this trojan I'm going to explode. I've run AAW 6+ twice (in Safe Mode) and the same "about:blank" hijack of my browser keeps occuring. Ran another more recent HJT log shown below due to the fact I've run AAW twice since the last one. It's obvious I have a hidden file somewhere but I'm at a loss on how to find it. Read a recent thread in this forum on "about:blank" but still not sure what to do next. Please help. This hijack is really beginning to get annoying, thanks.

Click here to download FindnFix.exe by Freeatlast.

Double-click on the FINDnFIX.exe and it will install a folder called FINDnFIX on your system. Go to that folder and double-click on !LOG!.bat. The program will take a few minutes to collect the necessary information. When done post the contents of Log.txt in this thread.

Tony, thanks. Nice to see I'm not the only nut up at this hour trying to fix a computer. Here is the log.txt file contents..........

The list will produce a small database of files that will match certain criteria.
You must know how to ID the file based on the filters provided in
the scan, as not all the files flagged are bad.
Ex: read only files, s/h files, last modified date. size, etc.
The filters provided should help narrow down the list, and hopefully
    pinpoint the culprit.
Along with that, registry scan logged at the end should match the
    corresponding file(s) listed.
    »»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»
Unless the file match the entire criteria, it should not be pointed to remove
without attempting to confirm it's nature!
    »»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»
At times there could be several (legit) files flagged, and/or duplicate culprit file(s)!
If in doubt, always search the file(s) and properties according to criteria!

The file(s) found should be moved to \FINDnFIX\"junkxxx" Subfolder

    Well, it's 10 AM where I am, so I'm allright... ;)

Start your computer in Safe Mode (it may help if you print this out), and delete the contents of the C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp folder (the folder might be hidden)

Next, still in Safe Mode, run Hijack This, and have it fix these items:

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = file://C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\sp.html
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = file://C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\sp.html
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = file://C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\sp.html
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = file://C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\sp.html
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = file://C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\sp.html
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = file://C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\sp.html

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,HomeOldSP = about:blank
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,HomeOldSP = about:blank

Now start your computer normally, and please post a fresh log.

Ok Tony, did what you told me to do but I could not delete several folders (and files) contained within the Temp Dir that had a bunch of letters and numbers for file folder names. I could see references within some of these files to "about:blank" too but no luck in deleting them. Here is my latest HJT log after............

OK, items that resist removal should be left alone.
I see that you've updated HT; have HT fix the following items, then restart your computer, and post a, hopefully last, log.
