need help w/ hijackthis log

I've still got traces of IWon, nCase, and EzulaTop Text on my system. I think I've rooted most of it out but I'm still getting popups and browser slowdowns. Here's my hijackthis log:

Hi inweaknessbe,

Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [dbnetlib] C:\WINDOWS\System32\dbnetlib.exe

Then reboot, run HijackThis again and post a new log.
