need help understanding Blue Screen Viewer

    folks,

    i been having BSOD for a few days and d/loaded Blue Screen Viewer to see what's up.

    anyway, here's the screenie:

    i gather the pink items are the culprits?
    from this, it would seem the crash was caused by Trusteer Rapport.

    can anyone confirm? i am new at using BSV.

    found the answer and reposting here in case it helps somebody else:

    anyway, BSV is pretty handy to have around.
    i was going to updates all my drivers to try to fix the BSODs.
    by finding exactly what caused the BSOD i was able to cancel all that drivers updating and save much time! :)
