Kaspersky keeps displaying this message when i am connected to the internet "Attention! your computer has been attacked the internet Network attack, LSASS exploit from address 212.205.247.33 has been successfully repelled" I scanned my computer in safe mode with kaspersky but found nothing. Any help?

Are you using their firewall? Or possibly the beta version 6 that has the web/http scanner? It looks like an attack that either the firewall or web/http scanner has blocked, thus you will not be infected....

Thanks for the info. What program did you use for this? But still can't figure what virus it is. Or just an attack from another computer? But even if this happens, a file needs to exist in the computer that it is attacked, i suppose.

I am not that familiar with Kaspersky, even tho I have trialed the new beta 6 and their firewall. Whatever the case, the message you are getting implies that the exploit/infecton was blocked, so nothing made it to your computer and you are not infected. Maybe someone familiar with your version of KAV can add more...

In Kaspersky alert message, sometimes it writes the word "Lovescan" (or "Lovesan", i don't remember the exact word) instead of "LSASS". I don't know if this helps a bit. The strange is that Kaspersky doesn't detect anything during the scan

After installing SP2 and all the current updates my problem is solved. Gerardwill can you tell me what program you use to identify the attack?
