NEED HELP!!! SPYWARE!!!

    ok, well one night i was on the checking my email and it was late so i went to bed. the next day i find a search bar in my internet explorer i didnt download. it also changed my home page....its now i think www.prosearching.com ugh..i hate it. CAN ANYONE HELP ME DELETE IT AND OTHER SPYWARE OR ADWARE I HAVE B/C I HAD KAZAA AND I HEARD THAT KAZAA CAUSES SPYWARE. ANY PROGRAMS OUT THERE THAT MAY HELP ME. PLZ
