    Hi,

Can anyone help? I got this as my homepage in Internet Options "C:\WINDOWS\System32\IEsp.mht" and it sends me to some "Search for pleasure" page. I don't know what to do - I tried all the Ad-Aware Spybot things and nothing seems to do the trick! Any suggestions?

    This is my HijackThis log:

    Hi Derekhasproblems,

Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {0B519E07-7824-4adc-8890-93D5EABBF285} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\msadocm32.dll

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {D848A3CA-0BFB-4DE0-BA9E-A57F0CCA1C13} - (no file)

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ivyjulgt] C:\WINDOWS\ivyjulgt.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TV Media] C:\Program Files\TV Media\Tvm.exe

Then reboot into safe mode and delete:
    C:\WINDOWS\ivyjulgt.exe
    C:\Program Files\TV Media <= entire folder

    Regards,

    Pieter

O.K. So I did all that, but at safemode those two files/folders were no longer there. And my homepage still redirects me to some "Search for pleasure" :/ Any other help? I would be obliged. :(

P.S. I've looked through other peoples' problems here. Maybe I should get that old copy of HijackThis! like Azirafal did?

And this is the new HijackThis! log after the fixes and the safeboot:

Not really. This one is responsible for the Hijackk:
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\msadocm32.dll

Check if that is gone and download and run: CWShredder
Use the Fix button and follow the instructions you will receive.

The changes you make to your startpage after that should be permanent.

    Regards,

    Pieter
