Well like a stupid ass i must have mistakenly formatted it when i was installing linux on my main drive or it could have been that a part of the drive wasn't encrypted as in a small partition and when i deleted that it could have done somthing still not sure how or when it happened though all i know for sure is it always said RAW when it was working and now it says NTFS, the data on it is my life so am asking is there anyway i can get it back? it was encrypted NTFS using truecrypt with password and keyfile it is a 2TB drive again the data that was on it is very important and irreplaceable!
