need help, history hijacked?

My history seems to persistently contain a link to www.sexemotions.com/cgi-bin/ucj/c.cgi?url=http:/ and deleting the history doesnt help. I have spyware blaster. spyware guard. mru blaster. spybot s+D. and norton internet security. nothing seems to get rid of it. heres a hijack log if it helps. Any other suggestions to get rid of it would be much appreciated.

Hello Tim,

First of all, you are running hijackthis out of a temporary directory. Can you please create a folder in My Documents and call it Hijack (or something similar). Then extract hijackthis into the folder you have created and run it from there. The reason for this is that Hijackthis cannot create backup files while it is being run from a temporary folder.

When you are done doing that:

Run Hijackthis again with all browsers closed and check these items and then on Fix:
