NEED HELP Acronis Remote Agent service failed to start

    The Acronis Remote Agent service failed to start due to the following error:
    The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

    This was after install windows upddates and reboot, windows 2000

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Disk Backup Software.

    Please make sure you use the latest build of Acronis True Image. To get access to updates you should first register your software. Don't forget to update all components (including Acronis Remote Agents), as they need to be the same build in order to interact properly.

    If you are using the latest build, please reinstall the agent on the computer in question.
