This is my first post and I am not sure if I am posting it in the correct area, so forgive me if I am not.

Here recently, when i boot up my laptop, I get the following error message:

The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL c:\windows\system32\hhctrl.ocx occupied an address range reserved for windows systems DLLs. The vendor should be contacted for a new DLL.

I am computer illiterate and do not know what all that means. It does not appear to effect anything but it is a nu cense. Can anyone help me fix this??
