Navigator Hijacking

    NKVD seems to also be blocking the download of any software that can kill it.
    Any attempt to go to download the Javacool product or shredder simply goes to its website
    What can I do to get rid of this thing - obviously Norton Anti virus didn't catch it and doesn't see it!
