NAV updates and Outlook Express

    Since downloading updates from NAV last night, I can no longer receive or send email from OE unless I disable my email virus scanning. I am wondering if anyone else has this problem and what they have done to rectify it? Or is it just a coincidence it occurred at this time? Any suggestion/advice/ideas/help appreciated. Thank you

    Did you reboot your PC?

    Latest NAV update (20041204.004) works fine with OE. Perhaps you need to reset the NAV's email scanner. Turn it off. Reboot. Turn it on. Reboot. Check for problem.
