I'll try to give as much detail as possible:

From out of nowhere, I have been flooded with some pretty nasty stuff. It seems the company responsible, at least in part, is NicTech. A page that I frequently see defaulted to my homepage is "zestyfind.com", "looktome.com", and "allaboutsearching.com". Using the latest Ad-aware, I find on my system at least three times a day something from a vendor called "VX2.betterinternet", as well as several .dll files that found their way into my "/windows/system32" folder. To delete these .dll's I have to move them to the desktop and restart the computer in safe mode.

I am running Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition. Here is the logfile from HijackThis:

Get the uninstaller for this here. I would be interested in how it works for you.
