Name of a specific windows process

Does anybody know the Windows Proccess name for (turn off monitor in power options under the screen saver tab or under power options from control panel)?

Unless I'm mistaken I believe it's Rundll32.exe. More here.

Perhaps I didn't explain properly, prior to Microsoft's last security update my system would turn the monitor off after the specified time of inactivity without a problem, now it works sometimes but after time passes bye it will not turn monitor off, I will see it go off for a second (when the timer reaches set time of inactivity) and then come right back on, can anybody help me to fix this problem?
