My website was reported as a threat

Hello,

I have a website that was probably reported as a threat long time ago, when it was compromised and a malicious javascript got installed in it's source code by a third party. A year or more has passed, and NOD32 still blocks the website when i try to get on it, even though there aren't any threats on it anymore for a year.

So what i am now wondering is how can i get the website out of this list of blocked websites?
