My txt file from HijackThis

I've been hijacked I believe - thank god you are here. Any help you can lend is GREATLY appreciated!

My home page is being set to: falut-homepage-network.com/start.cgi?hkcu. I get MANY windows opening. The homepage function in Internet Options doesn't even allow for editing/resetting - NOTHING. The computer is working very slowly & I notice quite a number of strange programs (56 total) running in the task manager - when I look up the file names in google - NOTHING - comes up for them... Very suspect.

I downloaded spybot - did the updates & ran it - but still having the same problems.

Also - does this (whatever the problem is with the hijack) also cause problems with linking? What I mean is - when I hit a link in windows help - to take me to the Internet site - the page comes up as unavailable - which I can see is due to some "" marks that are getting placed around the URL. Once I remove them - then I can go to the site... But the real problem here is that McAfee can't submit product registration because when I hit submit, the box comes up with the same browser (page unavailable) and I can not right click on it at all.... Just wondering if the problem was related or not... If not, I guess I have to stumble around the microsoft site for how to fix the browser config..... thought I would ask.

Then download Spybot - Search & Destroy
After installing, first press Online, and search for, put a check mark at, and install all updates.
Next, close all IE windows, hit 'Check for Problems', and have SpyBot remove all it marks in red.

Or, download Ad-Aware at lavasoft.usa.com
After installing AAW, and before running the program, update by using the Globe icon.
Shut down and restart Ad-Aware.
Now press "Scan Now", "Select drives\folders to scan" and select the active partition (usually C: ), then 'next', and let Ad-Aware scan your drives.
It will find a number of "bad" files and registry keys. Click 'Next' again.
Rightclick in that pane and choose "select all" and click 'next'.
It will ask you whether you'd like to remove all checked items. Click OK.
Finally, close Ad-Aware, and reboot.
