    Nothing suspicious.
    Just some unnecessary startups, check: http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_pages/startup_full.htm
    and you should pay the WindowsUpdate site a visit.

    I think this can be removed O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [UpdReg] C:\WINDOWS\Updreg.exe but u might like to wait for someone to confirm.
