My Hijack Test

    This a log after i run Hijackthis. Please advice. I have problem with cpu usage 100%. This happend when i click/ to open windows system ie 'my document', 'my computer', 'control panel', 'my network place', 'search' and so on, the cpu jump 100%. I have done antivirus scanning, ad- spyware scanning but nothing found. Thanks a lot.

    Reboot into safe mode, and zip the following files before deletion and e-mail them to Pieter at the address in his profile. Please include a link to this thread.

    C:\WINDOWS\eBtSzrKo.dll

    Check the following items in HijackThis.
    Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

    hii everybody and especialy Mr Kent...

    I want to say a lot of thanks so much b/cause finaly my problem is gone. I have no problem now to open windows system such as my document, my computer etc.

    it's okay now and so far cpu usage at normal status but sometime it's a little not ok compare before i get this problem. If u dont mind Mr Kent, I want ask a few Q?.

    1. regarding cpu usage...when i open program such as adobe or I run ad-spyware program., suddenly in the begining of start up that program before it's fully open, the cpu usage jump 100% and after that it's slowly down cpu rate. It also seem a like when i open web site.

    2. why such malware like 'roing' still in my pc even i have run again ad-spyware program after delete in previous scanning. I also turn off sys restore and done in safe mood.

    3. How this culprit(ebtszrko.dll) come in my pc. Can i delete zip file contains that culprit

    By the way i now very happy and once again, thanks you very much Mr Kent. I will share your knowledge with others user if tehy facing same problem.

    can you please close down leave computer off for about 1 minute then boot up again and before you start any other programs please scan with hijackthis again, then start IE and post one more log, I want to check something about your cpu usage please

    hiii everbody...


    for Mr Pieter, can u advice me on this.

    I scan my pc using online scanning's trend micro and infected file are TROJ LEMMY.A at file C:\WINDOWS\ft5Hnp.dll and TROJ ESEPOR.C at file C:\WINNT\system32\tmskrvu.exe. Scan result indicater Non Cleanable. So what can supposed to do with this matter of virus. Please advice. Thanks you.

    None of the trojan files are cleanable, just delete them
    either let housecall do it, if it can't then do this

    Reboot into safe mode by following instructions here: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001052409420406
    then as some of the files or folders you need to delete may be hidden do this:
    Open Windows Explorer & Go to Tools > Folder Options. Click on the View tab and make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and untick "hide extensions for known file types" . Now click "Apply to all folders"
    Click "Apply" then "OK"

    Delete these files

    C:\WINDOWS\ft5Hnp.dll
    C:\WINNT\system32\tmskrvu.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\eBtSzrKo.dll


    then
    Reboot normally

    Thanks you Mr Kent, and now i can open windows system folder. But when i play with windows media player, the cpu it's very high in range 96-100%.
