My ESS can update 2 days already!

    Me keep believe in ESET antivirus is the most effective antivirus but it really dissapointing me..Me just brought ESS just 1 month ago n now the version of virus signature database just upgrade till 4218(20090705) at 8.55pm!So what can i do?My previous version nod32 i think ver.2.7 i use till half year already it also cannot update...Me keep believe in eset so pls figure out for me pls...

    do you have try clear cache?

    open antivirus, press F5, go in menu at update and clear cache and re-try update.

    also cannot la it also said my virus signature database is currentT.T.And it not update since me download aurarose online exe n me also cannot scan that exe.file.lucky i not open tat file yet

    i want to but i buy it from salesman n it say i can save RM50 without disc so i just pay RM150 n he installed for me so i dunno wat username and password......
