I use a very secure password (alphabetical with numbers) But it seems my e-mail account has got hacked and used to send spam.

I checked my e-mail account today and there was a whole heap of undelivered messages  which I have never sent. I changed my password as quickly as possible and moved to Gmail.

Even in Gmail, I checked the sent mail inbox and there was address of which I never sent an e-mail to. What do you think I can do?

    Do nothing, perhaps?
Might be the result of a sender address spoofing worm.

And try this: send an email from gmail to a nonexisting address and check the gmail return mail. Is it exactly like the others? If that is the case, then drop the gmail account.

    Thanks meneer,

I found out the problem by Googling for it and it seems it is not my problem and my account was not hacked. Instead it was a virus spoofing.

I'm not using Linuxmail anymore, I'll switched to Gmail for good :)
