  1. Hi,

Internet Explorer constantly crashes (very annoying) and the reason given by Microsoft is the following:

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Problem Description:

An unknown error occurred in the NOD32 Antivirus System created by Eset. This application/driver is loaded during startup and may cause problems even if you are not currently using NOD32 Antivirus System.

    Problem Resolution:

Microsoft is currently not aware of a specific solution for the problem that you reported. Below are a list of recommendations to take which may help prevent the problem from reoccurring.

Contact Eset for support or product updates.
Remove the faulting application or driver. Click here for instructions.
If this problem continues to occur with the latest product updates for NOD32 Antivirus System we highly recommend you obtain assistance and troubleshooting information directly from Eset.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------

Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Anyway please ESET what should I do to fix this problem?

Can you please download a FRESH copy of Nod32 from www.nod32.com

    Then uninstall Nod32.

Remove the Eset Folder from C Drive> Program Files.

Reinstall the FRESH copy of Nod32 that you downloaded above.

Let us know how you go…

    Cheers :D
