I am using Mustang PE2 builder for my ATI 2009 and DD 10 plugins. So far had not problem with ATI 2009 version upto 9709. But with all the version after 9709 , I am getting error "" the exception unknown software exception (OX40000015) occurred in the application location Ox4b64b4" Click OK to terminate the program. ie I am able to create the ISO and when the CD is booting and when I click the desktop icon on ATI 2009 this error is displayed. I tried both in WIN7 and XP Home edition. Both given the same error. Kindly advise and thanks in advance.

A new version of the TIHome2009 plugin for MustangPEBuilder 2 is available for download. It should work with build 9796. It is available for everyone upon request with proof of purchase. Send requests by email or PM.

Have you updated it to work with Windows 7 yet. I purchased PEBuilder, and it will not work. You stated that MS had changed WAIK with Win7 and gave me a fix, but that did not work either.

    Many thanks,

    Silver

I am using the latest ati 2009 plugin.
    Its MD5 hash is
    CB56FFC57101EF5BB75936301675EC59

    sha1 hash is
    8BB87BCF26E0A012F8D879B74907A9E7628D0E45
The original ati 2009 plugin was working Ok upto 9709 version only
but with the latest plugin I am able to build version 9796 easily.

I use the same ati 2009 plugin (checked MD5).

The build version with german version 9769 occurred the error message above.

I hope Mustang has an idea to fix the problem as he done it with the english version 9796.

    Best regards,
    Patrick

    Solved: Mustang PE2 builder

The problem happens, if the default installation directory is changed,
independent if it is German or English version.

    The CommonComponents as below
    C:\Program Files\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Common\
    C:\Program Files\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Common\gc.dll
    C:\Program Files\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Common\icu38.dll
    C:\Program Files\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Common\icudt38.dll
    C:\Program Files\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Common\libcrypto9.dll
    C:\Program Files\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Common\libssl9.dll
    C:\Program Files\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Common\resource.dll
    C:\Program Files\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Common\rpc_client.dll
    C:\Program Files\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Common\thread_pool.dll

    are always installed in %ProgramFiles%\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Common\

In the case of an changed installation directory,
the CommonComponents are not copied for the MustangPE.

    Workaround:
    Copy the directory %ProgramFiles%\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Common\
    manually to your installation directory.

    Patrick
