Hi there LFC, one by one at a time. With a little exercise you'll get the rhythm of doing it quick. Make sure you really do need to delete those files first though! Is it much and what kind of serious infections are there?
well i dont think there serious at all ALARM SAYS NTFS alternate data stream NAME ads hidden stream detected FILE thumbs.db:encryptable
If the ntfs ads steams are smaller then say 128 bytes you can safely ignore them. BTW http://www.richardthelionhearted.com/~merijn/downloads.html Merijns Ads Spy is very handy to remove the NTFS ads streams in bulk if necessary. Do you really have this one only or all system filled because of for instance KAV to name a known example of innocent streams?
no not just 1 theres quite a few but ive never bothered with em just wondered why TDS-3 was bringing em up didnt think they was malicious
http://www.diamondcs.com.au/index.php?page=archive&id=ntfs-streams This is a nice article about them.
